If my people…Day 31

“Because Your lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise You. Thus I will bless You while I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name. My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness, and my mouth shall praise You with joyful lips.” Psalm 63:3-5

Today, let’s focus on Jesus. You know, He lives in us through the presence of the Holy Spirit. He intercedes for us with God the Father, and He loves us. No matter what.

Let’s take a moment and close our laptops, take a walk if you need to get away from the clamor of life, and focus on His lovingkindness. What has Jesus done for you today? This week? Last week? This year? Look around you. As a child of God, He provides all that we need. And sometimes, if it is in His will, He provides what we want. Think on these blessings and cleanse our minds of what is going on in America at large. We are so blessed. No matter what situation we are in right now, we are blessed.

Jesus, my Savior, my grace through forgiveness. Jesus, my eternal life – giver. My intercession. Jesus, I praise You for who You are, not for what you do. You are God. You are the Holy Spirit in me. You know me and my shortcomings, but you love me anyway. I lift my hands and my voice to praise You. I receive Your peace that passes all understanding. And I give my life to You for I know that You care.

O Lord, let us never forget to praise Your holy name. You are a wonderful God. You are slow to anger and patient, with an unconditional love that has no end. Let us bless You each day and lift up our thanks in praise for the wonderful things You have done for us. May we forever give honor to Your name, for without You, we are nothing. In Jesus precious and holy Name, Amen

If my people who are called by my Name humble themselves, and pray, and seek my Face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”  2 Chronicles 7:14 ESV
