Thirty Days of Prayer for @realDonaldTrump – Day 6: His health

“Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul.”

3 John 1:2

Lord, today I ask You to watch over President – Elect Donald Trump’s health. I cannot even imagine the stress he is under as he prepares to lead America. I pray for his mind as he makes decisions on choosing his staff, his cabinet, and the Supreme Court Justices that will support his administration and the needs of the people. I ask You, Lord, to be the peace that keeps his mind alert and sharp as he makes each move in his transition into the presidency. Release him from any depression or anxiety that may try to enter his thoughts and remind him of your promise in Isaiah 26:3 that, “You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.” 

Protect his physical health, Lord. Remind him to eat healthy and take time to renew his energy each day. Give him peaceful sleep so that he awakens fresh and ready for whatever tasks he may approach on his daily agenda. Teach him, Lord, to take time away with You, reading your Word and praying, so that he can face each day with energy and peace that only time with You can give.

And, Lord, protect Mr. Trump from any harm that Satan may have planned for him. Put your shield of protection around him and bring him to the Presidency whole and healthy: mind, body and spirit.
