Thirty Days of Prayer for My Husband – Day 3: His Work

“Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands!”  Psalm 90:17

I pray, Lord, that You would bless the work of his hands. Don’t let him make an idol of his work or the money he makes, but let him enjoy the work that he does. Help him to know that You will always use him to take care of us and our needs and release him from worry. Show him that all that he does can be led by your Holy Spirit and that he will know any next steps he is to take. When he gets discouraged and tired, revive him with the reminder that You, Lord, gave him the abilities, the gifts of creativity, that he uses in his work. And remind him that You will never take him to a place where he has to walk it alone.
