Thirty Days of Prayer for My Husband – Day 2: Spiritual Disciplines

“Then I shall not be put to shame, having my eyes fixed on all your commandments.”  Psalm 119:6

ask You, Holy Spirit, to put a burning fire inside of my husband to know God’s Word. I pray that he would have understanding as he reads and that the Bible would become his breath. I pray that he would pursue God and his righteousness with confidence, knowing that he is called by You. Help him, Lord, to overcome any sense of unworthiness he may have as he turns his life over to You. Erase any part of his life from his thoughts that would cause him to feel unworthy and remind him that You have not only forgiven him, but have removed the memory as far as the east is from the west. Lead him, confidently, into serving You.

Amen

My blog is my personal insight into living as a godly submissive wife, a mother with "eyes in the back of her head" and Mamaw's Baby Grands can do no wrong. I hope that you will find exactly what you need each time you read. Be blessed. Sheila
